Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in executing strategic marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and encouraging customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a strong sense of autonomy, a goal-oriented mindset, and a flair for creativity and ingenuity. This is a hybrid position, with the base located in Miramar, FL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to promote ISS solutions and improve brand visibility in the US & Canada regions

  •  Create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters and presentations, tailored to your local audience. 
     
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.  
     
  • Act as a key liaison for both commercial and marketing teams 
     
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.  
     
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all communication channels.  
     
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders and media to expand brand reach and coverage.  
     
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.  
     
  • Develop and oversee logistics of events all over the region. 
Qualifications and experience
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, preferably in the technology or security industry.  
     
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English  
     
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and efficiently, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.  
     
  • Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns.  
     
  • Goal-oriented mindset with great attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.  
     
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Monday).  
     
  • Curiosity about technology and a genuine interest in staying up to date on AI-based technological advances.  

  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
